There are several ways to give a Personalized Book as a gift.
- Purchase a Gift Certificate, you can then have them:
- fill-out and submit the Web Order Form for the desired book- they would then enter the
certificate code in the appropriate box located on the PayPal ordering process.
- request a free brochure and order form on the website, and once received you can give them the paper copy for them to fill in and submit via mail or they can email the
personalized information.
- Gather the information yourself prior to ordering and then you can have the book mailed to
your or directly to them.
If you would like an amount not shown, please email with your request. A PayPal Invoice will be sent to you.

$ 3.51 - 14.95 = $ 3.50
$14.96 - 34.50 = $ 5.50
$34.51 - 46.00 = $ 8.50
$46.01 and up = $10.50
Books:
9x6 Non-Licensed book = $10.50
9x6 Licensed book = $11.50
12x9 Licensed book = $12.95
12x9 Baby Book = $14.95
Tax:
Colorado = 6.9%
Teller Co. (outside Woodland Park city) = 3.9%
Outside Colorado = No Tax
